Physical Education IS Whole Student Education

Participants will learn how to leverage physical activities to develop students' executive functioning skills, e.g., working memory, flexible thinking, and self-control. Participants will also learn how to integrate trauma-informed practices to help build a positive classroom community that is supportive, safe, and sustainable. Grades 1-6.
